The Macedonian rice mills of Mistakidis Bros S.A. were established in 1950 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The company started out as a small family business, focusing on the treatment of rice. That business grew considerably, especially over the last decade, to become the biggest rice mill in Greece.

Simultaneously it established itself as one of the biggest rice mills in Europe with significant exporting activities. The Macedonian rice mills of Mistakidis Bros have a considerable production capacity, which is constantly augmented with the help of investments in production equipment. Here deserves to be mentioned that the mean age of the production equipment of the mill is less than 4 years.

The company specializes in parboiled rice (indica parboiled), which it exports to many countries in Europe.
